1. Returns Policy

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must have all tags and labels still attached.
  • A proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Products that were marked as final sale or clearance.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  • You will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  • Please make sure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during the return process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending a defective or wrong product).

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • If you paid by credit card or other electronic methods, please note that it may take a few extra days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect product).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a full refund or offer a replacement. We will also cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

5. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

6. Late Returns

We cannot accept returns after the 30-day period has passed. If you miss the return window, unfortunately, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.
